RETURNS POLICY

At Project23 Performance we understand that there can be reasons to return products provided by ourselves. Therefore, this returns policy aims to answer any questions you have regarding the return of products. Project23 Performance Returns Policy

1) You have changed your mind on the product(s) you have purchased from ourselves

Project23 Performance are more than willing to accept returns on product(s) if you have changed your mind. However, the request to return the product(s) must be within 30 days of purchase. The product(s) purchased must also be returned within the original packaging, unused and be in resellable condition. Return shipping of the product(s) will be paid by the customer, which is not refunded by Project23 Performance.

When the product(s) have been received by Project23 Performance they will be inspected by ourselves. If the product(s) are legible for a refund then the refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days and the value will be returned to the same card the original payment was taken from. An email will be sent to the customer advising of the refund.

2) Discounted Sales Products

Products which are listed with a discount only apply to the specific discounted sale period. Therefore, refunds cannot be applied to back orders.

3) Gift Cards

Unfortunately we are unable to provided a refund for gift cards or exchange these for cash as they are non-refundable.

4) Warranty Claims

If any of the product(s) purchased through Project23 Performance develop a fault and are within their specific warranty period then Project23 Performance will honour the warranty by providing the customer with a replacement or refund.

To start the warranty claim simply email Project23 Performance on Project23Performance@outlook.com.

However, Project23 Performance will only honour the warranty if we are sure that no defects have been encountered through general wear and tear, negligence, intentional damage, incorrect fitting of the product(s) by yourself or a third-party, misuse, repair of the product(s) without approval from ourselves or failure to follow the instructions of the product(s) provided directly by the manufacturer.

If Project23 Performance determine that the fault or damage of the product(s) is related to any of the above actions then the warranty will be void. However, a repair / replacement can be sourced but will cost the customer.

How do customers return the product(s)?

Ensure the product(s) have been packaged up securely in their original packaging, ideally in the same way you received the product(s). Then email ourselves at Project23Performance@outlook.com, we will then advise you to send the product(s) back to ourselves. If the product(s) have been purchased within 30 days then the customer will be entitled to a full refund excluding shipping costs after quality assurance checks. However, we cannot offer a full refund it the product(s) are damaged during the shipping process or the product(s) do not reach us due to unforeseen shipping issues.
